Wildplans and THIR are the passionate side projects of two people who work and train full time.  While we’d love to eventually make it our primary business, it’s a work in progress.  In order to maintain some semblance of normalcy in our lives, purchases will only be dispatched Mondays and Thursdays except in extenuating circumstances.  Orders received between Thursday and 4pm on Sundays will be dispatched on Mondays while orders received between Mondays and 4pm on Wednesdays will be dispatched on Thursdays.

Goods to metro areas are typically delivered within a 2 of days dispatch.

Delivery Costs

Postage and courier fees within Australia are expensive, no two ways about it.  However, we aim to keep costs as low as possible because we understand it sucks to get as far as Checkout only to find that delivery is half the cost of your order!  Our delivery charges are as close to “cost” as possible, generally rounded up to the nearest $0.50 to keep things simple.  

Some examples are as follows:

  • THIR bands are shipped in an A4 envelope, the largest size we can squeeze under the “letter” threshold, meaning we can use standard postage stamps.  After the costs of the envelope, printing and so forth, the cost is $3.50 per two THIR bands.
  • All other items are shipped either through Australia Post or Courier, depending on weight and volume. For example, a box of VFuel costs us $11.00 to send by Courier, about $1.00 for the box. Add to that the cost of fuel and handling involved to drop it to the depot and we arrive at an amount of $13.00 for Delivery.
  • An order that has a combination of Parcel items and THIR bands is still $13.00, even though we’ll often ship it as per the above methods (i.e. 1 x Envelope sent as a letter + 1 x Couriered item).  We take this cost on the chin to keep shipping as simple as possible.

Unless specifically requested not to, you agree to authorise our nominated Courier (or Australia Post) to leave your purchased goods by your door or in the mailbox of your nominated address. In purchasing these goods an “Authority to leave” is actioned on your behalf.  By purchasing from Wildplans you agree to these terms.

PO Boxes
Please note that PO Boxes are owned by Australia Post and cannot be used for deliveries by any provider other than Australia Post.  THIRs can be shipped by post because we use their services however orders that combine THIRs with other items, or include only other items, can only be shipped to a street address (business or residential).  If you nominate a PO Box for goods other than THIRbands we will contact you to provide an alternative address.  This will delay your shipment.

Goods not delivered

If your items don’t arrive please give us a call on 0402 681 017 or email us at and we’ll help you track them down.  


We do, of course, accept returns for faulty products, products damaged during transport or products that don’t match the description.  Please send these back to us together with a copy of your postage receipt for confirmation and, if found to meet the above criteria, we will reimburse or replace the goods as requested, and reimburse your shipping costs.  If the goods are found not to be faulty, damaged or misdescribed, you will be given the option to have the goods either returned to you (at your cost) or destroyed.

We’ll grant change of mind returns where the goods are unopened and in their original packaging, with the exception of our food products (VFuel, SOS etc.) which we restrict for Health and Safety reasons.  In all cases shipping costs for change of mind returns are yours to bear.

All claims for the return of goods must be made by email to within 48hours of receiving the goods.


We accept Paypal and Direct Deposit.  Paypal is fully encrypted and can be used to pay from your bank account (if setup correctly) or credit card.  A Direct Deposit, or Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is made from your banking institution either online, by phone or in person.  Our bank details are provided on checkout.  Orders will be shipped once payment in full is confirmed.
